Realizing Dreams Foundation is constituted as an irrevocable public charitable trust under Indian law and governed by a duly registered Trust Deed. The Trust is managed by a Board of Trustees responsible for strategic oversight, financial discipline, and compliance with statutory and ethical standards.

Founder & Trustee
Mr. Kalsi is the Settlor of Realizing Dreams Foundation and brings a deep commitment to social responsibility and community development. He established the Trust with a vision to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity by supporting deserving students through education assistance and mentorship.
He provides strategic direction to the Foundation and ensures that all activities adhere to the highest standards of governance, integrity, and accountability.
Mrs. Inderbir Kaur Kalsi
Managing Trustee
Mrs. Kalsi serves as the first Managing Trustee of the Foundation and oversees its day-to-day administration, program execution, and stakeholder engagement.
She ensures that the Trust’s mission is translated into meaningful action, maintaining operational discipline, transparency, and strong community relationships.
